Canada does not charge on a per class basis. There is a set fee for application ($250 CND) and for registration ($200), regardless of the number of classes involved.
Canadian Representative for Service
Each application must have a Canadian Representative for Service.
Trademark Agents
The Trademarks Office will only communicate with either the applicant directly or with a trademark agent registered in Canada.
Registration and Use
A trademark cannot be registered in Canada unless it has been used in Canada or another for the specified goods and/or services.
